Diamalt is a former factory located in Munich, Germany. It operated since 1903 and produced baking agents, soup spices and many other food additives, as well as thickening agents for animal feeds and textile industry. The factory was used until about 1944.
It is now renovated to apartments called "Diamaltpark".
Diamaltはドイツ・ミュンヘンにあった廃工場です。1903年に操業開始し、パンの膨張剤やスープスパイスといった食品添加剤、動物飼料や繊維工業に使用される増ちょう剤等を製造していました。工場は1944年頃まで使用されていたようです。
"Diamaltpark"と呼ばれる住宅団地に改築され、現存しません。
