The fallen roof and the fallen floor but it was still standing.
The hospital was built in 1944, and extended a few times. The only building left was so small that I couldn't believe it had all the facility it should have. (The first time I saw, I thought it was a small town clinic that only had one doctor.) As the floor was fallen and nasty-looking water waiting below, I didn't go further from the entrance. But by the look, I could guess there was nothing left inside.

1944年に設立、その後数回の増築を重ね、現在残された建物からは想像できないほどの規模の病院だったようです。（初めて見たときは小さな町の診療所だと思っていました…）床は抜け落ち、その下には変な色の水が溜まっていたため、玄関よりは奥にはいっていませんが、周りから見た限り中には何も残っていないと思います。

The
school opened in 1967, and just 4 years later it was shut down, as
people moved out of the town due to the closure of the mine in 1970. In
1987, the building was renovated to an accommodation facility 'はぼろ緑の村', which subsequently was closed in 2000.
太陽小学校は1967年に開校されたが、1970年羽幌炭鉱の閉山に影響を受けたったの4年で閉校。1987年には「はぼろ緑の村」という町営宿泊施設として利用される。2000年に閉鎖。
Update: 2019
The gymnasium collapsed due to the weight of snow in 2018. The security of the school building had been tightened - no apparent way-in on the ground level.
2018年冬、雪の重みによって体育館が倒壊。また、校舎も1階部分入り口に板が打ち付けられ、入れないようになっていました。
